Funded by Economic and Social Research Council from 2014 to 2025, led by University of Leeds and University College London with Universities of Liverpool and Oxford

The Consumer Data Research Centre (CDRC) is an ESRC-funded data service for making data relating to consumer behaviours and transactions available to researchers through secure and robust sharing protocols. CDRC has grown a reputation for working closely with data providers in government, industry, and the third-sector, to enhance how data are analysed and used within research. These collaborations have led to several high profile outcomes that have proven influential in UK policymaking.
