Our work on predicting Cholera is funded under a larger project led by University of Oxford that addresses the test and track challenge in developing countries.

Within this project we are exploring how agent-based models of mobility and activity can enhance conventional predictions of the spread of cholera. These collaborations are with epidemiological modellers at Oxford and with project partners in Bangladesh.
